Vincent Anderson is a member of the Patent Practice Group. Vincent is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property protection in the software, hardware, computer technologies, communication systems, and networking areas. He provides patent related services including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, assisting with foreign patent prosecution, advising on patent strategies, reviewing and analyzing patent portfolios, providing legal opinions on patent validity and infringement, and performing patent analysis for license negotiations.
