Practice focuses on intellectual property matters including preparation and prosecution of patent applications of United States and foreign patent applications in technologies such as electrical and computer related technologies, hardware and software for electronics and computers, semiconductors, networking systems and devices, internet technologies, and mechanical devices.  Practice also includes litigation support, due diligence investigations, and opinion work.  Litigation support experience includes patent invalidity studies, ex parte reexaminations, and inter parte reexaminations.  Industry experience as Process Development Engineer for disk drive manufacturer for three years. Also, industry experience as Process Development Engineer for integrated circuit foundry for three years.
