James Howard is a member of the Patent Practice Group.  James is a registered patent attorney who spent nearly a decade as an engineer in industry and now represents clients in a wide variety of technical fields including semiconductors, magnetic media, MEMs, PVs, nanotechnology, chemical processing, manufacturing equipment, networking, wireless communications, computer hardware and enterprise software.  He provides a broad range of patent related services including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, patent reexaminations and conducting product clearances.  James also provides counseling on patent strategies for U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.
 
James has extensive experience with clients ranging from individual inventors to global technology leaders and tailors his services to meet each client’s needs.
