Gordon Lindeen is a member of the Patent Practice Group.  Gordon is a registered patent attorney focused on the full range of intellectual property acquisition and protection.  This includes counseling, prosecution and international portfolio management.  He has counseled large corporations and start-up companies on developing, building and maintaining patent portfolios, both large and small.
 
Gordon has also worked to protect companies from threats of patent infringement.  This has included sifting through competitive patent portfolios, developing invalidity and noninfringement positions, aiding engineers in designing around threatening patents, and writing formal opinions on validity and infringement.
 
While practicing in-house for over eight years at Hughes Electronics and Litton, Gordon managed, administered, prosecuted, minced, licensed and enforced worldwide portfolios of hundreds of patents.  Gordon has also worked in Munich, Germany prosecuting patents before the European Patent Office and has direct and continued experience in patent prosecution in many industrialized countries with particular expertise in European prosecution and enforcement.
