Eric King is a member of the Patent Practice Group.  His practice focuses on counseling and services in IP-related matters, such as: patent strategy and management, preparation and prosecution of patent applications (both U.S. and Foreign), IP portfolio evaluation, IP transactions, due diligence evaluations, patent litigation support, offensive and defensive patent issues, opinion letters, reexaminations, and expert services.

Eric has technical expertise in the following areas: hardware and software/firmware for electronics and computers, disk drives, medical systems, communications and networking, analog and digital signal processing, networking systems and devices, processors, chipsets, electronics, as well as, electromechanical and mechanical technologies.
